Shipping &
Returns
You can return an item for any reason within the first 30
days. We will gladly exchange it or give a refund less a
re-stocking fee for the merchandise - whichever you prefer.
If you are not satisfied with your order from
itsinthewall.com, you may return it within 30 days from the
date of purchase. If you return a product past the 30 day
period no credit or refund will be issued. Returns must be
in their original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., and
show no signs of abuse or damage, or the return will be
rejected.
All returns must have an RMA number. All authorized returns
will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns and
exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new
and resellable condition.

for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA
number). Write the number on the outside of your return
shipment and send package to Its In The Wall 372 NE Cherry
Hill Rd Sheridan, OR 97378. All return shipping expenses are
paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days
of receiving RMA number.
Payments: We accept MasterCard and Visa. There is no credit
card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks
and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but must
first clear the bank before any products will be shipped
(this typically takes 7 to 10 days).
Shipments: All orders will be shipped within one (3) working
days after receiving the order. In the event the item is not
in stock, we will inform you of when the item will stock.
